Service Announcements
Delays on Printed Materials
- We are experiencing varying challenges in obtaining certain print materials due to a global shortage of ink, paper, and global logistical delays. Should your order be delayed for any reason, we will make every effort to notify you and offer alternative options. We are ordering items earlier from publishers than ever before to reduce the number of these delayed items. However, we recommend placing your order early, to avoid possible fulfillment complications. Please give careful consideration to selecting your preferred version, but remember that ebooks will be delivered immediately.
Are Carriers Delivering Packages On Time?
- Currently our carriers are delivering packages and mail without service interruptions, however this is a fluid situation. Please utilize package tracking to stay abreast with any possible changes to expected arrival dates. Tracking numbers are emailed after purchase. We also urge you to visit our Help Center or reach out to a Learner Advocate by visiting https://apex.textbookx.com/help#/ . We are here for you 24/7 when you need us most.
What Should I Do About My Rental Textbooks?
- Rentals should be returned by their prescribed due date. Return as soon as you are able to allow ample time for us to process the return.
RECENT CHANGES
Due to steadily increasing prices at USPS, UPS, and FedEx, shipping costs are subject to change. While such fluctuations in shipping costs are not ideal, we continue to work diligently to advocate for you and keep our costs low.
As a service to you, we offer additional free shipping options on new course materials when the order is over $79 dollars. In addition, we encourage you to consider ordering digital materials (eBook, courseware, etc.) when available to bypass shipping costs entirely.
Wishing You Success on Your Academic Journey,
